2. Service Desk Settings

Provides an option to enable/disable SAML SSO on the customer portals. This feature is specific to JIRA SAML SSO plugin.

  • Enable SSO for Service Desk Custom Portal: Enable SAML Single Single on all the customer portals.
  • Enable SSO only for Service Desk Agents: Enable SAML Single Single on customer portals for user agents only. Customers will be login using their default application credentials.
    • Agent Groups: Group(s) which identify the user agents in JIRA.
